At X Photobooth, joy has always been at the heart of what we do, but we believe it shouldn’t stop there. This initiative was created from a deep desire to give back and do more for the community that continues to support us. As of December 2025, we are launching annual community initiatives where we select one organization at a time to support in a meaningful, collective way. We will be running different initiatives during specific seasons of the year.
Helping children is especially close to our hearts. We believe that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference. We believe if we can help a child feel safe, supported, or cared for, even for a moment, then we have done something good. This initiative is our way of showing up with intention, compassion, and purpose.
For our very first initiative, X Photobooth is proud to support Kids Kottage. We will begin fundraising on Christmas Day, with the goal of raising $2,000 to purchase essential items for the children and families they support. Our hope is to reach this goal with the help of our friends, family, clients, and supporters, ideally through 100 people donating $20 each. All donated funds will be used to purchase wishlist items, which will be delivered to Kids Kottage during the first week of March.
We are incredibly passionate about this cause and deeply grateful for every person who chooses to be part of it. Together, small acts can create meaningful impact.

ABOUT KIDS KOTTAGE
"EVERY CHILD DESERVES TO FEEL SAFE"
Kids Kottage Foundation is an Edmonton-based non-profit dedicated to providing crisis care for children who are at risk of being harmed. When a family is in crisis, so are the children, often the hidden victims of overwhelming circumstances. Kids Kottage stands in the gap, offering safety, stability, and compassion through its 24-hour crisis line and emergency respite care for children ages 0 - 10. They serve the most young and vulnerable - 43% of the children they shelter are 0 - 3 years old. Since 1995, their work has focused on protecting children while supporting families as they navigate difficult moments and work toward healing and stability.
